Through the midst of September and October, NIS' High School varsity and junior varsity teams competed in several volleyball tournaments.
The HS Girls varsity team first attended Canadian Academy (CA) and the HS Boys varsity team attended Kyoto International University Academy (KIUA). By raising their voices and demonstrating leadership, both teams performed an amazing job. The JV girls and boys also had their first memorable tournament, where JV girls went to SOIS and JV boys were able to play a home game here at NIS. Both JV teams did a phenomenal job by using their teamwork and sportsmanship. All the practice they have done really paid off. What’s more important you ask? It was their team spirit; always being there for each other and keeping a spirited environment at all times.

On November 11th, both Girls and Boys Varsity will be going to Fukuoka (FIS) for their final EAISAC volleyball tournament. Here, our players will also get to compete against their first overseas opponents from International School of Busan. We all wish for both teams to do amazing in their tournament.
