The last lunch item that students vote to be delicious is the Miso Katsu Don. They place a whole piece of katsu on top of the rice, with some drizzle of Miso sauce and a side garnish of scallions. The miso katsu goes well with the rice as it brings the perfect amount of sweetness and saltiness. The katsu is so crunchy that you won’t be able to stop eating!
